Trust and Let Go

crossIf you don’t know what you’re doing, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You’ll get his help, and won’t be condescended to when you ask for it. Ask boldly, believingly, without a second thought. People who “worry their prayers” are like wind-whipped waves. Don’t think you’re going to get anything from the Master that way, adrift at sea, keeping all your options open.

How many times have you found yourself asking God to take care of situations in your life only to find yourself venting about those same situations to friends five minutes later? Leaving it in Gods hands is so much easier said than done but if we don’t let go, how can we expect God to handle it? Dwelling on our issues and talking about them all day will leave you feeling burdened and discouraged.  Trust God and move forward.

Prayer: God, thank you for loving us and caring for us even when we don’t deserve it.  Today we are placing our burdens in your hands! In Jesus name, amen.
