The impact of premium fuel on performance also finds a parallel in our physical bodies. Remember GIGO (Garbage in, garbage out)? In the Old Testament, the Israelites were given numerous dietary laws to help them stay in perfect health.

As time goes on and recipes and inventions increase, more and more food choices become available. When you read the ingredient list of some, they resemble a chemistry lab more than a kitchen. We need to make good choices about what we ingest, so we can have the health and energy to do the work God has called us to do.
