Faith Exercise

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen,” (Hebrews 11:1, Holy Bible, King James Version).

Light exercise, such as walking, is suggested daily with more strenuous workouts three times a week, depending on health circumstances.

Hope, like daily exercise, accomplishes routine things, but in serious situations, you must exert your strength with exercises of faith. When your prayers are answered, the evidence of your faith is revealed and becomes an open testimony.

Prayer: Lord, hope hasn’t brought the changes I need. Strengthen my faith for a miracle as a testimony to encourage others. Amen.
