Breathing Exercises

Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.
(Psalm 150:6, Holy Bible, King James Version)

I have a heart condition. Admit it. You do, too. If you’re a runner or jogger, your heart condition is different from a person who rides in a motorized scooter chair. With every breath, your heartbeat changes.

Road rage? Your heart rate accelerates. Praise and thankful appreciation to God? Your heart calms and your breathing is easy.

Do your breathing exercises today. Praise God.

Prayer: Lord, I will praise You as long as I have breath in my body. Amen.
